NEW YORK , NEW YORK

NY has 5 boroughs: Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island and Brooklyn.
This is the city of cars and lawyers.
Living in Manhattan is very expensive. The rental of a flat might cost over 6000 $ and the rental of a garaje over 1000 $.
The most famous skyscraper is the Empire State Building, but the Rockefeller Centre and the Chrysler buildings are also famous.
NY is a safe city. Maybe the Bronx is the most dangerous borough but the last mayor, Rudolph Giuliani, was able to remove the corruption that reached its highest level in the 60´, 70´and 80´. You may ask, “How did he do this? He paid a lot of money to the police force. A policeman in NY can earn over 90,000 $ per year. Also, selling weapons and practising prostitution are forbidden here.
NY is a ever changing city, one day you can spend your time dancing on the highest floor of a skyscraper in Manhattan and another day you can visit the Jewish community.
Also, it seems as if everything in NY is focused on money. Many guides about how to achieve financial success are written here in order to help ordinary people become businessmen. They discuss values for wealth like how to get money, how to manage and save money for independence , they also teach how to borrow wisely, how to invest for success, and even financial facts of life like taxes…
